Project Overview
Avidere, a company specializing in educational and corporate video production, developed the Decd Project, an animated learning platform aimed at simplifying complex topics through engaging visuals. My role was to design, animate, and rig characters, ensuring seamless motion for an intuitive and captivating educational experience.

Challenge

The main challenge was to create a visually appealing and consistent animation style that could be easily understood by diverse audiences. The characters needed to be expressive, yet simple enough to allow for smooth animation and quick adaptations.

Solutions Implemented

Illustration & Character Design

  • Created a unique visual style for the project, balancing simplicity and expressiveness.

  • Designed characters and assets, ensuring they were optimized for animation.

Character Rigging & Animation

  • Developed character rigs for efficient animation, including face and body controls.

  • Animated eye blinks, mouth shapes, and smooth body movements for a natural feel.

  • Ensured lip-sync and gestures matched the educational content.

Motion Graphics & Video Production

  • Integrated animated elements into the video sequences for a dynamic presentation.

  • Designed and animated infographics to clarify key educational concepts.

Conclusion

Working on Decd Project with Avidere allowed me to apply my skills in motion design, illustration, and animation rigging to create an engaging learning experience. The combination of strong visual storytelling and smooth animation ensured that educational content remained accessible and impactful.
